1 | small onion, chopped | ||

1 | tablespoon | mayonnaise | |

2 | teaspoons | prepared horseradish | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | fresh parsley, minced | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | garlic salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | onion salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
8-10 drops hot pepper sauce | |||
|
|||
2 | cans | (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed | |

|||
assorted crackers | |||
|
In a saucepan, combine half and half, cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish, juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce . Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth.
Add the crab and heat through. Serve with crackers.
