1 | lb. | medium fresh mushrooms, cleaned and halved | |

2 | tablespoons | chopped shallots or green onions | |

3 | cloves | garlic, finely chopped | |

|||
2 | tablespoons | butter | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | dry sherry | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Dried Italian seasoning | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
|
Cook and stir mushrooms, shallots and garlic in butter in large skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in sherry, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Heat through.
